Happy 3rd Birthday Bailee Paige!

Here Bailee has opened the microwave from Uncle Donnie and Aunt Debbie. I think it was the hit of the party. We could barely get her to open anything else for a while. She still plays with it a lot everyday. She will warm baby Anna's bottle in her microwave and then feed her. It is so funny. She also got a guitar which she had been asking for for quite a while now. Yesterday she made us all sit down and sing whatever song she was playing. She is so much fun!

Happy 3rd Birthday Bailee Paige!

Bailee had what you would call a birthweekend. It started with a suprise visit in which Bailee opened the door, from MiMi and Pa. Then it was off to Toys R Us to shop for presents that she did'nt know she was going to get. Afterwards she went to the hotel with MiMi and Pa so I could wrap, bake, and decorate for the party. The next morning she came home and had cake and presents, and the next day we took her to Disneyland. I think she throughly enjoyed it and only wish you all could have been here to help make it that much more special. Thank you for all the presents you sent I know Bailee felt really special that day because of you all. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Annika's Eating Baby Food

Several weeks ago we started Annika eating baby food. These pictures are from her first real meal. At first she seemed curious, then not so sure, and then as you can tell she was not at all happy with her dinner. Here she was eating sweet potatoes, which seem to be her favorite. She does not care for green peas, but really likes applesauce.

Annika and her Little Granny Pillow

Bailee has a little pillow that Granny made for her, and she sleeps with it every night. She has become quit attached to it, in fact I think it plays a close second to Ellie her pink elephant. One day Annika was laying on it and I soon realized that she was going to need her own; Bailee agreed. So Granny went to work and made a little Granny (as Bailee calls it) for Annika. Now she has her own special pillow. Here are a few pictures of her and her "Little Granny".

Bailee almost always helps me water the plants around the apartments. Usually baby Anna her babydoll goes with us. This day I wanted to get some pictures of her and she insisted that baby Anna needed to be in them.

Sometimes Annika will fall asleep in the craziest position. She usually sleeps on her tummy, and prefers to wear only a diaper.

Family Night at Grace Community Church

This was one of the family nights we had at chuch over the summer. Grandma Joy was here visiting and got to see Bailee have a great time. Bailee really enjoyed the face painting.
