Last week we traded rooms with the girls. Here are some pictures of their room once we got all of thier toys squeezed in. Notice there is two toy boxes! and no room for more. (MiMi&Pa, Grandma, and Aunt Debbie) :)
Last week I walked into the kitchen and found Annika having a snack. I guess Bailee left the fridge open while getting a drink, and Annika thought she had found a bottle with her name on it. I am just glad it was not open, what are we going to do with her?
Annika is not fealing well, so last night she had her bath, and went to bed early. Bailee had a bath by herself for the first time in a long time. Without Annika's bath seat there was room to stretch out and practice floating. Bailee also had fun dunking her face under the water (she calls it the dolphin). Here are some pictures that we took.
This week Annika discovered the air conditioner. She thought it was funny, and would hang out in front of it until her cheeks were frozen. Hope these pic's make you smile.
Annika will get a toy or a book and travel around and around the coffee table. It does not matter what it is, she will carry it around the table forever. She has actually gotten pretty fast. I am glad she is now taking steps and ventured away from the table some, hopefully the carpet will not be bald by the time she is walking good.
Last weekend we took the girls to a nature show, and hiking. Bailee enjoyed all the animals and Annika got excited when she saw the Opossum. Bailee said it looks like a little kitty cat. When we got on the hiking trail Bailee walked up beside another group of hikers and asked a man what he was carrying. He replied that he had a walking stick. Bailee smiled and said, I have a stick but it is on my lower case A's. I just laughed, she is learning to write her alphabet and a lower case a to her is a circle and stick. She just keeps me laughing, and wondering what she will say next. Bailee hiked over two miles and loved every minute of it. Half way we stopped for lunch and water. Just in case you are wondering Annika rode in the back pack carrier and seemed to enjoy herself too. We hope to do this kind of trip again real soon.
